By the early 1920. Noritake introduced assembly line techniques which allowed for mass production of high quality, yet affordable dinnerware. From this time on the company started to grow very quickly and in the ensuing decades continued to perfect its production capabilities, expanding to markets world-wide. 

The handle of the cup, the spout of the pot, the knob of the lid, etc. are individually and carefully assembled by hand. In each process such as moulding and assembly, the thickness, weight, and distortion of the fabric are strictly checked and sent to the next process.
